Even if you have no power to stop breeders docking their puppies, you can give other prospective owners information about this site, so that these owners can make INFORMED judgements on WHERE to buy their PUPPIES

The Alliance was set up in 2000 because the new millennium seemed the appropriate time for abolishing the practice of docking dogs' tails.
